Google Ads Team Leader (US Hours)

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Team Leader to join our expanding digital marketing team. In this role, you will drive client success, ensure campaign excellence, and deliver measurable growth across a range of industries. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during US business hours, addressing questions, concerns, and growth opportunities.

  • Oversee and optimize Google Ads accounts to ensure peak performance and adherence to industry best practices.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across Search, Display, YouTube Ads, and Google Shopping campaigns.

  • Conduct account audits, performance reviews, and ongoing optimizations.

  • Strategize and implement demand generation campaigns for both eCommerce and B2B/lead generation clients.

  • Maintain high client satisfaction through clear communication, timely reporting, and consistent results.

  • Mentor and support team members to uphold quality campaign execution.

Skills & Qualifications:
 

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce and B2B/lead generation clients.

  • Strong knowledge of demand generation, conversion optimization, and paid media funnels.

  • Hands-on experience with YouTube Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and client management skills.

  • Experience leading a small team or managing multiple client accounts.

  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
