Customer Service Representative

Join a growing team at a specialized travel consultancy organization dedicated to facilitating global travel with ease. Our expert team specializes in visa, passport, and travel documentation services. As part of our expanding global consulting program, we are looking for resourceful and enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to join our remote support team.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage high-volume inquiries via ticketed emails, live chat, and outbound calls with empathy, clarity, and speed.

  • Resolve issues on first contact, offering step-by-step support and closing cases within SLA.

  • Accurately log all interactions in the CRM for seamless follow-up.

  • Identify complex issues and escalate efficiently to Tier 2 or specialists with full case context.

  • Recognize and act on upsell, cross-sell, or retention opportunities by routing leads to Sales.

  • Maintain service quality by adhering to company policies, data privacy standards, and QA checklists.

  • Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer insights to improve product and operational workflows.

Technical Requirements

  • A personal workstation with Intel i5 or better and 16GB+ RAM

  • Dual monitors and a noise-canceling headset

  • High-speed internet with upload speed of 25 Mbps+ and latency under 100ms

  • Backup internet and power (e.g., inverter or UPS) to ensure uninterrupted work

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of customer support experience across phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken

  • Proficient in CRM and support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Atlassian, Slack)

  • Calm, solution-oriented, and passionate about creating excellent customer experiences

  • Able to work remotely with a reliable home setup and flexible availability
