What You’ll Be Doing 

• Clearly explain benefits and enrollment options to clients through virtual meetings. 
• Customize plans to fit individual client needs, including mortgage protection, final expense, college education savings, and paycheck protection. 
• Address client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and effectively. 
• Use networking strategies to expand business reach. 
• Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations. 
• Identify areas for improvement and track your progress. 
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated and grow your skills. 

What We’re Looking For 

• A background in customer service or related HR fields is a plus (but not required). 
• Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful client relationships. 
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. 
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. 
• Proactive attitude with negotiation skills to drive client satisfaction.
