The Role 

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Forward Push and our clients. This role is responsible for managing client relationships end-to-end, ensuring alignment, transparency, and a consistently high-quality client experience. 

You will help clients understand campaign strategies, execution, and performance while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed expectations. This role is essential to client retention, satisfaction, and reducing leadership involvement in daily account management.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive and consistent communication

  • Lead client onboarding sessions and conduct recurring performance review meetings

  • Clearly explain digital marketing strategies, execution plans, and results to non-technical stakeholders

  • Manage client expectations, address concerns, and escalate issues when necessary

  • Prioritize client requests while maintaining alignment with scope, timelines, and program objectives

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns, projects, and reports

  • Translate client feedback and approvals into clear internal action items

  • Support account-related activities including reporting, research, documentation, and data management

  • Contribute to initiatives that support client retention, account growth, and agency operations

  • Are highly organized and effective at managing multiple client accounts

  • Thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment

Qualifications & Requirements
 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Client Success Manager within a digital marketing agency

  • Prior experience working with law firms is preferred

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media

  • Demonstrated ability to clearly present marketing strategies and performance metrics

  • Experience with Search Atlas, SEMrush, and/or Ahrefs is preferred

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console

  • Ability to create and present GPT prompts

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is an advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset

  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time (ET) hours
