Role Overview

Flux Academy is hiring a Growth Lead to take full ownership of its marketing and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a full-stack marketer who can both strategize and execute across multiple channels. You will work directly with the founder, Ran Segall, and lead all growth initiatives to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing all marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and website optimization. The role includes developing data-driven growth strategies, creating high-converting copy for campaigns and funnels, and managing product launches from planning to execution. You will also oversee funnel automation, track key performance metrics, optimize conversions, and manage website content such as landing pages and lead magnets. Additionally, you will explore and implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.

Requirements

Candidates should have strong experience in digital marketing and growth, ideally within the online education space or a similar industry. You should be skilled in direct response marketing, funnel building, and campaign execution, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of results.
