We’re scaling up and looking for people who thrive in fast-moving environments. At Float you’ll have the autonomy and opportunity to do the best work of your career.

Why We’re Hiring

Our SMB sales motion is a high-conversion, high-velocity growth channel. With one of our top SMB AEs transitioning to mid-market, we’re adding a new Sales hire to own inbound-qualified leads. This person will manage the full sales cycle across EMEA (with flexibility into APAC), hit revenue targets, refine our go-to-market approach, and help drive Float’s expansion.

What You’ll Do

Early priorities

  • Learn our ideal customer profile, use cases, and workflows

  • Gain deep product knowledge and become a Float expert

  • Study our sales approach through recorded calls and demos

  • Start leading discovery calls and present demos to qualified prospects

As you settle in

  • Own SMB revenue in EMEA: run a high-velocity sales process, close up to 20 deals/month, and add ~$5,000 in new MRR

  • Confidently answer technical questions, advise on workflows, and tailor demos to prospect needs

  • Refine and document the SMB sales playbook to improve pipeline efficiency

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales (inbound or outbound, quota-bearing)

  • Full-cycle sales experience from discovery to close

  • Proven track record of high performance and meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strong discovery and demo skills—able to reveal priorities and deliver persuasive demos

  • Ability to multi-thread and build relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • CRM experience (we use HubSpot)

We work async-first—previous remote experience and comfort with tools like Slack, Loom, and Linear are important. You’ll still have ample time for client calls and deep, focused work.

Why Join Float

  • OTE: $175,000 (60% base / 40% variable) — see our blog for salary methodology

  • A global, async-remote team that values transparency and Best Work Life

  • Public Float Handbook outlining perks, benefits, and ways of working

If you’re excited to do meaningful work in a transparent, values-driven company, we’d love to hear from you.
