 What You’ll Do as a UI/UX Designer

• Craft User-Centric Designs: Develop intuitive interaction designs that meet the needs of our primary personas.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Design Seamless User Journeys: Map out user flows and create engaging designs from concept to production-ready assets using tools like Figma.
• Create Prototypes and Wireframes: Build wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.
• Design Uniform UI Elements: Develop consistent components like menus, tabs, tables, and widgets.
• Enhance Existing Interfaces: Improve current flows and resolve design-related issues directly in React.js using advanced CSS.
• Document and Maintain Standards: Update component-level UI designs in Storybook.js to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Conduct Usability Testing: Perform testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on user input.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a talented designer with the following qualifications:
 

• Experience: 5+ years of design and development experience for software solutions.
• Proficiency in Tools: Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools, along with the Adobe Suite and Sketch.
• Web Development Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Strong Visual Design Skills: Ability to create high-fidelity product screens aligned with branding.
• Design Systems Expertise: Familiarity with scaling design systems across multiple platforms.
• SaaS and B2B Experience: Hands-on experience designing SaaS products and tools for business applications.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and creative, with the ability to synthesize ideas into tangible design solutions.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and decision-making processes.
