About the Role 

We’re hiring Experienced QA Engineers (no juniors) to join our elite team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of fully functional, high-quality software systems designed to power real business operations. At ESA, QA is not about filing tickets—it’s about owning the final stages of delivery and making sure releases are production-ready, fast. 

If you're looking for a bug-hunting or Jira-heavy role, this is not for you. We’re looking for results-driven professionals who know how to verify software quality, hold developers accountable, and help us launch robust systems efficiently.  

What You'll Do 

• Ensure software development meets functional business requirements
  
  
• Work closely with developers to finalize production releases quickly and efficiently
  
  
• Apply a streamlined QA process that avoids unnecessary bureaucracy
  
  
• Take ownership of final product testing, validating real-world use cases
  
  
• Help push updates to production with speed, reliability, and confidence
  
  
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, urgency, and accountability

• Experienced QA professionals only – minimum 3-5 years in a hands-on QA role
