Starting Pay: USD $50K–$75K/year (with performance-based promotions)

About the Role
The QA Engineer will ensure that software development releases meet functional quality standards. ESA’s QA process emphasizes speed, efficiency, and accountability. Developers are responsible for self-testing before QA, and QA Engineers focus on efficiently closing releases ready for real-world business use.
This is a high-responsibility role, requiring skill, dedication, and results-oriented focus. Successful QA Engineers will have opportunities for promotions and pay raises based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate software development to ensure it meets business requirements
