Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – E-Commerce Experience to help grow and improve our marketplace platform while supporting international expansion. In this role, you will lead product initiatives that enhance the user experience and create measurable business value. You will collaborate with product, design, technology, and marketing teams to develop solutions that improve healthcare accessibility for thousands of users. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the implementation of the company’s product strategy, ensuring features align with user needs and business goals.
  
  
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, focusing on initiatives that deliver the greatest impact.
  
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX, design, engineering, and marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  
  
• Drive innovation by improving agile development processes and ensuring efficient product delivery.
  
  
• Use analytics, user feedback, and testing to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize platform performance.
  
  

Candidate Profile
 

• Strong professional experience in product management, particularly in e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
  
  
• Experience working in fast-growing companies, ideally with $10M+ annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  
  
• Results-driven mindset focused on KPIs and measurable business outcomes.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to evolving requirements.
  
  
• Expertise in agile methodologies, data analysis, and scaling digital products.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  
  
• Fluent English for working in an international environment.
