What You’ll Do 

• Build and Innovate: Develop features for tools like our advertising CMS and client business intelligence portal. 
• Optimize Performance: Collaborate with data teams to improve ad campaign efficiency. 
• Enhance User Experience: Improve ad placement across Doximity’s suite of web and mobile applications. 
• Collaborate Effectively: Partner with engineers, UX designers, and product owners to create impactful solutions. 

 What We’re Looking For 
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment and values quality and innovation. 

Required Skills: 

• Ruby on Rails Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience building web applications. 
• Full-Stack Development: Comfort with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or similar. 
• Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Problem Solver: Ready to tackle distributed systems and optimize for scale. 
• Remote Work Proficiency: Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a team setting. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apache Kafka. 
• Familiarity with MySQL, Sidekiq, or Snowflake.

• Competitive Compensation: $165,000–$195,000 annually (inclusive of salary and equity), tailored to your skills and experience.
