Your Key Responsibilities 

As the Engineering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in steering projects to success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. 

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability. 
• Product Ownership: Drive the usability and growth of our platform through innovative feature development and user-centered design improvements. 
• Project Oversight: Manage development cycles from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals. 
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to deliver high-quality solutions. 
• Process Optimization: Refine workflows and engineering processes to improve team productivity and product performance. 
• Technical Expertise: Offer hands-on guidance in coding, architectural design, and technical problem-solving. 

What Makes You a Great Fit? 

• 5+ Years of Leadership Experience: Proven success in managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects. 
• Technical Mastery: Strong background in PHP (Symfony), Typescript, Angular, Vue.js, Elasticsearch, and asynchronous communication tools. 
• Test-Driven Development: Expertise in TDD frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, and Cypress. 
• Cloud and DevOps Skills: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance technical vision with business goals to deliver impactful results. 
• Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
