I’m Darrel Wilson, founder of DarrelWilson.com. We’re growing our content team and looking for UGC-style creators who want to become a long-term face of the brand and help us expand into new topics and formats.

This is not a one-off project. We’re seeking someone who wants to grow with the brand, take on increasing responsibility over time, and potentially play a key role in the future direction of the channel.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Research assigned topics (WordPress, website builders, hosting, AI tools, online business, and related areas).
•  Create simple video scripts or structured outlines.
•  Record videos using camera and screen capture (your face will appear in parts of the content).
•  Perform basic video editing (advanced editing skills are not required).
•  Engage with viewers by responding to comments on published videos.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a committed content creator who can explain technical or complex topics in a clear, beginner-friendly way.

You should:

•  Speak confidently and clearly on camera.
•  Learn new tools and platforms quickly.
•  Be comfortable working independently.
•  Manage your time and deadlines effectively.
• Previous experience creating videos is helpful but not required.
•  Video editing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
•  Familiarity with WordPress, websites, SEO, eCommerce, or online marketing is beneficial, but not essential.

What matters most is your ability to research topics, explain them simply, and remain consistent in content production.

Skills & Equipment Required

• Strong spoken and written English.
•  Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload).
•  A dependable computer (Mac preferred).
•  High-resolution monitor (4K preferred; financing options available if needed).
•  High-quality microphone (financing available if needed).
•  Quiet, dedicated recording space.
•  Legal authorization to work in your country (applicants from all regions welcome).
•  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working With DarrelWilson.com

Our goal is to create helpful, easy-to-follow content that delivers real results for viewers.

You’ll work independently on your own videos with flexibility in structuring your day. As a fully remote team, you can work from anywhere in the world.

You’ll collaborate directly with me and receive step-by-step guidance from a YouTuber with over six years of full-time experience. We’ll train you on our content style, structure, and expectations until you’re comfortable producing videos independently.

All content you create will be published on the Darrel Wilson YouTube channel.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus revenue share.
 Monthly performance bonuses based on video performance.
 Expected annual earnings: $60,000 – $150,000.
