Coupa Post-Production Support (PPS) Senior Consultant

CrossCountry Consulting is hiring a Coupa Post-Production Support (PPS) Senior Consultant in the Philippines. In this role you will work directly with clients after their Coupa systems go live, handling support requests, configuration, and ongoing administration. The position suits someone with consulting experience in financial systems who is comfortable managing several client projects at once and working with Coupa as a subject matter expert.

What you will do

• Provide post-production support and enhancement services to large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies
• Manage client relationships and resolve client support requests
• Configure, set up, and provide ongoing Coupa administration for clients
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on changing business needs
• Create new dashboards, save searches, and design custom workflows
• Manage users, roles and permissions, KPIs and metrics, custom reports and fields
• Serve as a Coupa subject matter expert, integrating Coupa with various applications and advising clients
• Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, following company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and work with firm leadership to identify compliant ways to improve client solutions and internal processes
• Conduct client trainings within Coupa modules when necessary
• Communicate with clients on project updates, configuration recommendations, and Coupa best practices

What they are looking for

• 3+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience with functional or technical proficiency implementing or integrating at least one module within a financial system solution (Coupa, Workday, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba, or similar)
• Strong business acumen and a functional understanding of core accounting processes, organizational structure, GL, departments, classes, legal entity/subsidiaries, order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report
• Ability to prioritize requests by urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability
• Comfort with AI: demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
• Continuous learning mindset: openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation, in line with firm policies and client standards
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to create and communicate end-to-end solutions to technical teams, bridging business requirements and technical implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline
• Coupa certification preferred
