SaaS Product Specialist (German-speaking, EMEA)

We are looking for a Product Specialist (DACH+ Region) who is commercially smart, technically confident, organized, and great with people. If you speak native German and want to help clients get the best out of a world-class SaaS platform, this role is for you. 

You’ll support clients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and surrounding regions — guiding them during onboarding, handling product queries, and helping them become loyal advocates of our software.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Help clients and prospects understand how our product delivers value.

  • Become a product expert (with full training provided).

  • Conduct product demos and answer technical or functional questions.

  • Onboard and support clients in German and/or English.

  • Review and report common issues to help improve the product.

  • Collaborate with global teams across different time zones.

  • Build long-term trust through honesty, empathy, and reliability.

Requirements
 

  • Native German speaker + excellent English (C2 level).

  • Located anywhere in the EMEA region (UTC -1 to +4).

  • Minimum 3 years of SaaS experience (support, onboarding, or pre-sales).

  • Comfortable explaining product value (no hard sales pressure).

  • Understand basic tech terms like HTML, CSS, JS, API, integrations, staging, GitHub, databases, etc.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

  • Happy working remotely with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.
