 Your Role in Building the Future 

As a Product Designer II, you will play a key role in enhancing user experiences and driving product innovation. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Collaborative Design: Work with a small, dynamic team to ideate, prototype, and refine features for web and mobile platforms. 
• User-Centric Approach: Design intuitive, simple experiences and gather feedback through regular user testing. 
• Strategic Execution: Contribute to the product roadmap, shaping both short-term and long-term strategies. 
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate daily with engineers, user researchers, and product teams to bring ideas to life. 

What We’re Looking For 

We value individuals with a strong foundation in product design and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. To excel in this role, you should have: 

• At least 3 years of professional Product Design experience, particularly in consumer-facing applications. 
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field. 
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools. 
• Excellence in UX design, visual communication, and written communication. 
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• A low-ego, open-minded attitude that fosters teamwork and innovation. 

 Additional Skills That Stand Out 
While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly valued: 

• Interest or experience in crypto or financial products. 
• Familiarity with Coinbase products and blockchain-based activities such as interacting with Ethereum addresses and using dApps.
