What You’ll Do 
As a Technical Support & Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers and driving their success. You’ll have the chance to shape our processes, grow with the company, and make a direct impact. 

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat with clarity and efficiency. 
  • Writing detailed and helpful support articles to guide users. 
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. 
  • Conducting regular check-ins with clients to foster relationships and address needs. 
  • Reporting bugs to the development team for swift resolution. 
  • Scheduling and managing sales calls to convert leads into happy customers. 


What We’re Looking For
 
We need someone who’s proactive, technically skilled, and ready to make a difference from day one. Here’s what we’re looking for: 

  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge in eCommerce, payments, Stripe, or event ticketing. 
  • Experience: At least one year in technical support (B2B experience preferred). 
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills. 
  • Equipment: A Mac, iPhone, microphone headset, and a quiet workspace. 
  • Time Commitment: Availability from 2 PM to 9 PM CET to overlap with U.S. hours.
