About the Role

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to support and scale our CData Connect Cloud platform. This role will focus on optimizing infrastructure, improving system reliability, and implementing automation strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Infrastructure & Reliability: Improve availability, scalability, and performance of CData Connect Cloud.

  • Deploy & Manage Kubernetes Environments: Work on container orchestration, scaling, and operational efficiency.

  • Implement & Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and manage automation workflows for product releases.

  • Monitor & Improve System Performance: Define and track SLAs, uptime metrics, and service level objectives.

  • Troubleshoot & Debug at Scale: Identify and resolve issues within mission-critical cloud services.

  • Advance Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform, GitOps, and automation frameworks for cloud provisioning.

  • Enhance Security & Networking: Manage firewalls, routing, load balancing, and system security best practices.

What You Need to Succeed

Technical Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.

  • Strong Linux expertise with experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Production-level Kubernetes management experience (Must-have).

  • Cloud Infrastructure experience (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP also considered).

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and GitOps workflows.

  • Experience deploying applications in Java or C# environments.

  • Expertise in CI/CD tools, logging, and monitoring solutions.

  • Understanding of SQL databases (SQL Server preferred).

  • Familiarity with networking protocols, APIs, and messaging systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Git-based workflows.

  • Hands-on experience in service reliability engineering (SRE) tools & methodologies.

  • Ability to debug large-scale distributed systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and automation mindset.
