(Senior) CRM Admin (f/m/d)

We’re excited to build the future—together as a team—and stay grounded in our mission to empower the builders and makers of tomorrow. To get a feel for who we are, visit our Instagram and LinkedIn pages.

We believe diversity makes us stronger. We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, and experiences, because different perspectives lead to better ideas, stronger products, and a healthier workplace. If our mission resonates with you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. You may be exactly the person we’re looking for.

Our Purpose at Plancraft

Plancraft is building the digital backbone for Europe’s trades through modern software and smart AI solutions. Our goal is to give craftspeople and contractors more time to focus on their work by removing unnecessary administrative burden. We provide a practical SaaS platform that works the way they do: fast, efficient, and built for real-world workflows, with AI features that add genuine value in day-to-day operations.

Backed by leading Tier 1 investors such as Headline and Creandum, and trusted by more than 20,000 craftspeople, we’re scaling across Europe to connect independent businesses into strong, successful communities. We believe in “zero admin, not zero personality” and design every feature with the people in safety boots in mind—not those in suits.

Your Mission at Plancraft

As a (Senior) RevOps CRM Admin (f/m/d), you will design, automate, and scale Plancraft’s CRM and go-to-market systems. Your work will ensure that our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams operate on reliable, AI-powered workflows and clean, scalable data structures that support our international growth. • Manage cross-tool integrations (billing, support, product, telephony, AI tools, scheduling)

  • Enable accurate forecasting, routing, segmentation, and reporting

  • Support RevOps, Sales Ops, CS Ops, Marketing Ops, and Enablement teams with stable systems and documentation
