The Role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Manager who will take complete control of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and outperform our current agency within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale a Meta ad account currently spending £400 000+ per month
  
  
• Produce 95 percent of the hooks, angles, and campaigns
  
  
• Build or optimise landing pages that convert visitors into buyers
  
  
• Turn founder ideas and raw footage into effective, scroll‑stopping ads
  
  
• Use customer reviews, stories, and product results as creative fuel
  
  
• Assemble a lean creative team (video editors, designers) only when the numbers justify it
  
  
• Maintain target ROAS except when running clearly defined brand tests
  
  
• Request the tools, budget, or creators you need to hit your goals
