About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager to drive customer growth, retention, and community engagement. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion—while playing a central role in developing scalable education, automation, and community services. 

What You’ll Do
✅ Own customer success metrics (MAUs, churn, NRR, expansion)
✅ Manage onboarding for both self-service and enterprise clients
✅ Build strong relationships with strategic accounts
✅ Develop scalable playbooks, training resources, and help content
✅ Drive revenue through renewals and upsells
✅ Lead AI-based automation and lifecycle management
✅ Create thought leadership content and success stories
✅ Launch and operate our Community Management service for enterprise brands 

What You Bring
✔ 3–6 years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
✔ Strong track record in driving retention and expansion
✔ Experience in onboarding, customer education, and lifecycle programs
✔ Data fluency (NRR, CSAT, churn, product engagement)
✔ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
➕ Bonus: Knowledge of ambassador, influencer, or creator marketing
