This role is ideal for detail-oriented, dependable individuals who are motivated to grow. Our long-term goal is to develop strong performers into well-rounded operations professionals, with earning potential of up to $3,000 per month, based on performance and responsibility. 

The position follows a step-based learning framework, where progression is based on accuracy, consistency, and reliability rather than tenure alone. Most skill levels can be achieved within one to two weeks, and several responsibilities can be learned in parallel, allowing high performers to advance quickly.  

Responsibilities May Include 

• Working with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
  
  
• Data entry and operational support
  
  
• Managing purchase orders and vendor communication
  
  
• Inventory tracking and reconciliation
  
  
• Preparing customer and vendor aging reports
  
  
• Updating weekly and daily pricing
  
  
• Handling customer service and order entry
  
  
• Reviewing and finalizing invoices prior to shipment
