Bondoc Roofing in San Antonio, TX, is hiring a full-time Customer Care Representative / Dispatcher.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CST
Pay: $5/hr for the first 90 days, increasing to $7/hr thereafter
Requirement: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

In this role, you play a crucial part in Bondoc Roofing's success, ensuring smooth operations through attention to detail. Much of your time is spent interacting with clients, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor on phone calls and emails. You manage dispatch calls with an eye on time and mileage, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Accurate data entry is key, as you handle client information, payments, and confidential details. With your support, the office remains organized and efficient.
