About the Role

We are looking for a performance-oriented Email Marketing Manager to own and execute our email marketing strategy. This role will play a key part in building strong relationships with our users, increasing engagement, and continuously improving the effectiveness of our email campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with creativity and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Boldin’s email marketing strategy to improve customer engagement and retention.
  •  Review existing customer journeys and nurture programs, and recommend improvements to increase impact.
  •  Plan, create, and manage email campaigns, including automated workflows, newsletters, and promotional messages.
  •  Partner with product marketing to identify key moments in the customer lifecycle where email can effectively influence behavior.
  •  Design campaigns, triggered flows, and promotional efforts that drive revenue, conversions, engagement, and retention.
  •  Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, design, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  •  Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders, supported by data and performance metrics.
  •  Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging email copy and visuals aligned with Boldin’s brand voice.
  •  Track and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  •  Own and manage the email marketing calendar to ensure alignment with product launches, promotions, and business priorities.
  •  Ensure compliance with relevant email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  •  Stay current on industry trends and emerging email marketing tools to keep Boldin competitive.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  •  At least three years of proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer journey-focused roles.
  •  Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign and CRM systems.
  •  Strong understanding of email performance metrics and analytics tools.
  •  Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  •  Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
  •  Experience with audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  •  Collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.


This is a fully remote role and will begin as a 1099 contract-to-hire position.

Salary Range

$8,000 – $10,000 per month
