Role Overview 

• Collect, verify, and enter data into our database. 
• Maintain and update records with accuracy and segmentation. 
• Analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights. 
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes. 
• Troubleshoot data entry issues and ensure data integrity. 
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless workflows. 

Qualifications 

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). 
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and database management. 
• Experience in data entry, data analysis, or data scraping. 
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Real estate experience is required. 
• Reliable high-speed internet (20Mbps+), Core i5+ computer, and a quiet workspace.
