 Your Role at a Glance 
  You’ll be the go-to expert for managing and optimizing our in-memory database (IMF), ClickHouse, and other backend services. Collaborating with a close-knit team, you’ll handle scaling, incident management, automation, and system performance, ensuring everything runs seamlessly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes. This role blends technical prowess with strategic thinking to enhance reliability and efficiency at every step. 
  What You’ll Work On 
 

• Oversee and fine-tune backend systems on GCP within Kubernetes for peak performance and availability. 
• Develop tools and automation scripts to streamline operations, minimize manual tasks, and enhance efficiency. 
• Manage monitoring and logging systems to proactively address issues and ensure robust system health. 
• Handle incident responses, lead root cause analyses, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. 
• Support database scaling and implement disaster recovery strategies for business continuity. 

The Expertise We’re Seeking 
 
 You bring proven experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering, with a solid foundation in backend systems, cloud platforms, and automation. Your skills in Python, Go, and shell scripting will shine as you solve complex challenges. Familiarity with tools like GitLab, Prometheus, and Grafana will be a huge plus. And if you have hands-on experience with FastAPI, LangChain, or other RAG frameworks, we’d love to hear about it!
