Belong is seeking a Growth Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of its homeowner acquisition and activation funnel. In this role, you will drive product strategy and execution to attract, onboard, and retain homeowners on the platform. 

You will work closely with teams across product, data science, design, marketing, and AI engineering to build an AI-powered growth system that continuously improves acquisition efficiency and conversion performance.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Own the homeowner acquisition and activation funnel, from the first user interaction to full platform adoption.
  
  
• Identify bottlenecks in the growth funnel and develop product solutions to improve conversion rates.
  
  
• Build AI-powered onboarding and lead qualification systems to improve the user experience.
  
  
• Design personalized onboarding flows based on user behavior and predictive insights.
  
  
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align paid acquisition strategies with product performance.
  
  
• Track growth metrics, analyze data, and build dashboards to measure performance across the funnel.
  
  
• Create clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and ship product improvements quickly.
  
  
• Run experiments to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
  
  

Requirements
 

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in consumer marketplaces or high-growth startups.
  
  
• Experience working with growth funnels such as acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  
  
• Strong understanding of user experience and product design principles.
  
  
• Experience running product experiments and data-driven growth strategies.
  
  
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Experience building or integrating AI-powered product features.
  
  
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, or machine learning applications in product development.
  
  
• Experience optimizing key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, and activation rates.
  
  
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset.
