• Work closely with the team to identify and correct inconsistencies, ensuring data reliability.
• Draft professional and concise communications for outreach, updates, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of accounts and communications effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot (preferred) or similar tools.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting clear, professional, and engaging messages.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
