The primary goal of this position is to improve user retention, increase session frequency, and extend time spent in the game through consistent, engaging, and well-targeted communication.  

What You’ll Do 

We’re seeking a marketer who sits at the intersection of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and CRM, with a strong focus on the Telegram ecosystem. You’ll own content, in-app messaging, and lightweight growth experiments. 

1. Content & Creative 

• Design simple visuals, memes, and infographics for CRM and in-app messages
  
  
• Identify timely and engaging content ideas based on trends, news, and cultural moments
  
  
• Write short, compelling copy aligned with the project’s tone of voice
  
  
• Plan and manage the content calendar, optimizing formats for Telegram UI/UX
  
  

2. CRM Marketing & Messaging Funnels
 

• Build and manage automated push notification sequences and user funnels
  
  
• Segment audiences and configure triggers for both broadcast and personalized messages
  
  
• Run A/B tests and assess performance to improve conversion rates
  
  
• Monitor engagement, retention, and other key CRM metrics
  
  

3. Growth (Optional / Bonus)
 

• Research and place ads in relevant Telegram channels
  
  
• Set up and optimize Telegram Ads campaigns
  
  
• Support referral programs and viral growth initiatives
  
  

Requirements
 

• Languages: Fluent Russian for team communication; English at B1 level or above
  
  
• Experience: Background in SMM (hands-on Telegram experience is a strong advantage)
  
  
• CRM Knowledge: Solid understanding of funnels, triggers, and user segmentation
  
  
• Creative Skills: Ability to write concise, engaging copy and create basic visual assets (memes, simple graphics)
  
  
• Analytics: Familiarity with CTR, conversion rate, retention metrics, and A/B testing
  
  
• Interest: Passion for gaming or willingness to quickly learn the space
