Awesome Motive is looking for a Growth Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, drive user acquisition, and optimize digital campaigns. This role focuses on scaling our SaaS products, increasing engagement, and improving customer retention through data-driven marketing strategies. 
Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute content, email, SMS, and paid marketing strategies to increase sales. 
• Manage SEO, PPC, affiliate partnerships, and social media growth campaigns. 
• Oversee A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel performance. 
• Analyze data and key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. 
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to enhance growth initiatives. 
• Research competitors and market trends to refine marketing strategies. 
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve growth targets. 

Qualifications 

• 4+ years of growth marketing experience in SaaS (B2B/SMB preferred). 
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, PPC, and paid advertising. 
• Experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, and automation tools. 
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRO strategies. 
• Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate and partnership programs. 
• Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize campaigns effectively.
