Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to new and existing residents, promoting relevant services and products.
• Proactively engage with sales leads to drive conversions.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
• Utilize multiple systems, including SalesForce, to process interactions.
• Work within a team to meet sales metrics and objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior call center sales experience is a plus.
• Skilled at overcoming objections and closing sales.
• Team-oriented and motivated.
