Product Manager – Workforce Management (SaaS Platform)

Its platform helps companies like Cash App, Etsy, and Robinhood manage support teams more efficiently through workforce management tools, BPO collaboration, and AI-powered issue resolution. The company has raised over $70 million in funding from leading investors including NEA, Emergence Capital, and Stripe. 

Assembled is looking for a Product Manager to help expand its workforce management platform and build solutions that improve customer support operations at scale. In this role, you will work closely with customers, engineers, and designers to identify key problems, build effective solutions, and drive product growth. 

You will focus on developing features such as workforce scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning, and automation powered by AI. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work with customers and prospects to understand their challenges and product needs

  • Conduct research, analyze user feedback, and review product usage data

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build new product features

  • Define product requirements and prioritize development tasks

  • Communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders

  • Run experiments to test new ideas and measure their impact

  • Track product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Ensure high-quality product design, usability, and functionality

Requirements
 

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or technology companies

  • Experience launching and managing complex product features

  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and business teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate business problems into product solutions

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product data

  • Technical understanding of product development processes

Compensation & Benefits
 

  • Salary range: $180,000 – $220,000 per year

  • Stock options as part of the compensation package
