As Technical Lead, you’ll have full ownership of our tech ecosystem, working alongside a top-tier team to drive product innovation, architecture, and scalability. This role offers hands-on coding, leadership, and strategic decision-making, ensuring our platform delivers an exceptional user experience to thousands of subscribers. 

🔧 Core Technologies You’ll Work With 

• Frontend & Backend: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js 
• Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS), Terraform, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis 
• Job Processing & Search: BullMQ, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch 
• CI/CD Pipeline: CircleCI 
• Mobile Development: Android (Kotlin) & iOS (Swift) 

📅 What Your Daily Work Will Look Like 

• Code Review & Pair Programming – Lead and mentor our senior engineers. 
• Team Management & Agile Development – Organize tasks, oversee projects, and track progress. 
• DevOps & Scalability – Debug, optimize, and deploy infrastructure solutions. 
• Hands-On Development – Stay engaged in coding and problem-solving. 
• Data Analysis & System Improvements – Evaluate performance and enhance efficiency.

• Product & System Architecture – Plan and refine our long-term technical roadmap. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with our Product Manager (ex-Palantir) to drive innovation.

• Scaling a Non-Profit SaaS Business – Help us grow Aleph Beta, a Torah-focused ed-tech platform with 12,000+ paying subscribers.

💡 Who Should Apply? 

• 5+ years of experience in software development (Full-stack preferred). 
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js. 
• Experience with mobile app development is a plus. 
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing developers. 
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written & verbal). 
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
