AHU Technologies provides a wide range of technology and business services, including SAP solutions, e-commerce development, web development, SEO and digital marketing, graphic design, camera surveillance systems, and accounting services.  

This role supports the DC Access System (DCS) project and focuses on developing and delivering high-quality, industry-standard training while also providing technical and user support. The position involves analyzing, designing, developing, and testing training materials to support continuous improvement initiatives and new system releases. 

You will work closely with front-line staff and supervisors to ensure effective system adoption and performance. The role also includes mentoring other trainers and contributing to best practices in adult learning. 

Work Mode: Remote
Compensation: $70 per hour  

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, test, and continuously improve industry-standard training materials
  
  
• Deliver high-quality training programs with measurable learning outcomes
  
  
• Provide hands-on support to front-line users and supervisors
  
  
• Conduct post-training assessments, including observation and feedback
  
  
• Help establish and manage support tickets to identify training gaps and user needs
  
  
• Mentor other trainers in adult learning best practices
  
  
• Coordinate IT project management activities, including engineering, QA, maintenance, and risk management
  
  
• Support users and develop technical applications to enhance system usability
  
  
• Create, implement, and maintain documented standards and procedures for system design, development, deployment, and documentation
  
  
• Deliver training on system products and operational procedures
  
  
• Perform application upgrades and system enhancements
  
  
• Monitor, maintain, and report on real-time databases, network communications, and system integrations
  
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  
  
• Ensure project lifecycle processes comply with District standards and procedures
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  
  
• Experience supporting IT systems, training programs, or enterprise applications
  
  
• Strong analytical, adaptable, and self-driven mindset
  
  
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
