This role involves working closely with the media, crafting compelling narratives, and developing strategic communication initiatives that support our business objectives. 

About the Role 

• Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance Affirm’s brand awareness and reputation. 
• Build relationships with media and proactively identify storytelling opportunities. 
• Create content such as blog posts, press releases, talking points, and FAQs. 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and communication efforts. 
• Manage complex issues, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders. 
• Provide media training and messaging support to executives. 
• Analyze and measure the impact of communication initiatives. 

Qualifications 

• 10+ years of experience in PR/communications, with at least 3 years in-house. 
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a proven track record of media results. 
• Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans. 
• Experience in consumer or B2B tech industries preferred. 
• Strong project management and organizational skills. 
• Data-driven approach to measuring communication impact. 
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders. 

Compensation & Benefits 

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $230,000 (based on location and experience).
