While we operate as a remote-first company and many of us work primarily from home, we also offer coworking spaces for in-person collaboration (currently Tuesdays and Thursdays). Ackama Group is made up of developers, designers, project managers, and business development professionals who care deeply about the work we do, the people we work with, and the clients we serve.
The Role You’ll Love
As Business Development Manager at Ackama Group, you’ll be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by expanding sales opportunities and building long-term client partnerships. You’ll work within a sales and marketing team of 6+ members, with a primary focus on new business acquisition.
Your day-to-day work will include prospecting for new clients, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining accurate records for revenue forecasts, invoicing, contracts, and client communications.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in software or technology sales. Existing networks within the energy sector will be considered a strong advantage.
