We are on the lookout for a Business Development Representative to join our forward-thinking and ambitious team. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying new business leads, building strong connections, and fostering interest in our cutting-edge Accel Health SaaS platform. Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:

    • Research and identify organizations within the healthcare industry to connect with.
    • Reach out through calls, emails, and strategic follow-ups to generate interest.
  • Developing Relationships:

    • Build rapport with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
    • Clearly showcase the value of our platform and how it meets their needs.
  • Evaluating Opportunities:

    • Gather essential details to assess the viability of business opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of your interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales team to refine and implement outreach strategies.
  • Staying Updated:

    • Keep informed about industry changes, market shifts, and competitor activities.
    • Attend relevant events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your network.

Ideal Candidate

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar business development or client-facing role.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable professional experience.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • A motivated self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence in initiating conversations and pitching ideas.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Willingness to adapt to and learn new software, such as CRM systems.
  • Resilient attitude and a problem-solving approach to challenges.
