What You’ll Do 

As a Marketing Coach, you will: 

• Onboard Clients: Ensure clients feel supported and understand how to maximize their first 30 days in the program. 
• Provide One-on-One Coaching: Help clients implement tailored marketing plans, overcome challenges, and stay accountable. 
• Resolve Conflicts: Address and resolve client issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and progress. 
• Drive Client Success: Collaborate with the founder to improve playbooks and resources for continuous client growth. 

Your role will directly influence the success of creative freelancers, helping them transform their careers and businesses. 

What We’re Looking For 

We need someone who thrives on solving challenges, inspiring others, and delivering results. 

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience. 
• Proven ability to diagnose and fix broken marketing systems. 
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities. 
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and inspire. 
• Excellent communication skills, especially on video. 
• Confidence in handling challenges and driving results. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience coaching clients or teams in online marketing. 
• Background as a successful creative freelancer. 
• Comfortable working remotely through various platforms like email, video calls, and online communities. 
• Availability to coach full-time (40 hours per week). 
• Based within +/- 1 hour of Central Standard Time.

• Base Salary: $55,000
