10Beauty is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to serve as a foundational member of its engineering team. In this role, you will design, automate, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our robotic manicure machines in the field. This position offers a rare opportunity to work across DevOps, MLOps, and hardware-integrated environments, tackling challenges that span cloud systems, machine learning pipelines, and physical robotics deployments. 

This role is eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software and machine learning models to support seamless testing, integration, and deployment
  
  
• Develop and manage secure, scalable over-the-air (OTA) update systems for robotic devices deployed in the field
  
  
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) using Infrastructure as Code to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
  
  
• Deploy and manage containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes
  
  
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system health across cloud services and physical devices
  
  
• Collaborate with ML, embedded systems, and software engineering teams to define long-term DevOps and MLOps strategies
  
  

Required Qualifications
 

• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related role
  
  
• Experience working with hardware or robotics systems, including OTA updates and deployments to physical devices
  
  
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure
  
  
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
  
  
• Advanced skills in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
  
  
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
  
  
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash
  
  
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
  
  
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for building reliable, scalable systems
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills
 

• MLOps experience, including automation of model training pipelines, versioning, deployment, and production monitoring
  
  
• Proven experience managing end-to-end machine learning deployment workflows in production environments
  
  

Compensation & Benefits
