Our client is a globally diversified investment organization that manages funds for the Government of Abu Dhabi, focusing on long-term, sustainable value creation. 

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Palantir Foundry & AIP Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a full-time role requiring strong communication skills and availability for significant overlap with the Gulf Standard Time (GST) zone. 

You will work across the entire Foundry ecosystem and Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows, agents, and applications that drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Data & Workflow Engineering: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, transformations, and applications within Palantir Foundry.

  • AIP & AI Enablement: Design and deploy AIP use cases such as copilots, retrieval workflows, and decision-support agents.

  • Implement RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) workflows, connect to data sources, and optimize ontology content.

  • Collaborate with engineers to create and evaluate AI agents using AIP’s native tools.

  • End-to-End Delivery: Capture business requirements, design solutions, and deliver complete working applications.

  • User Engagement: Train and support business teams on adopting Foundry and AIP.

  • Governance & Trust: Ensure all solutions align with governance, quality, and ethical AI standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify new opportunities for automation and AIP expansion.

Requirements:
 

  • 2+ years of experience working within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem (pipelines, ontology, applications).

  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modeling.

  • Hands-on experience with AIP features like RAG workflows, copilots, or agent-based systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Knowledge of AIP Agent Studio, including agent creation and testing.

  • Experience with AIP Evals and evaluation-driven development.

  • Familiarity with API integrations and cloud services.

  • Consulting or applied AI/ML background.

  • Regional experience in Abu Dhabi or MENA.
