Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize tax implications, including CIT, WHT, PIT, gambling tax, and indirect taxes;
- Tax structuring of local and cross-border transactions;
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and regulatory teams to address tax-related matters;
- Manage relationships with external tax and legal advisors, ensuring high-quality support within budget;
- Support tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities;
- Monitor legislative changes in international taxation and assess their practical impact on the business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a tax advisory role within Big 4 or a reputable law firm;
- Law degree;
- Fluent English (both written and spoken);
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle complex tax and legal matters;
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Will Be a Plus
- Experience in structuring transactions for companies operating under FSIE and similar regimes;
- Strong understanding of OECD Model Tax Convention commentary and related items.
