Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders;
- Support planning, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional initiatives;
- Track dependencies, blockers, risks, and team capacity and proactively address delivery issues;
- Work closely with Team Leads and stakeholders to keep priorities, ownership, and expectations clear;
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows based on team needs and business context;
- Facilitate communication between teams and help align priorities and resolve delivery-related issues;
- Own delivery end to end: from understanding goals and dependencies to ensuring successful execution.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a product environment;
- Experience working with multiple teams or cross-functional projects;
- Experience in a fast-paced product environment with changing priorities and cross-team dependencies;
- Good understanding of planning, prioritization, capacity, scope, risk, and dependency management;
- Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar;
- Ability to demonstrate practical examples of delivery or process improvements you personally initiated and explain their impact;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different teams and people;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion;
- Proactivity, ownership, attention to detail, and understanding of business context.
Nice to have
- Experience working with development or analytics teams;
- Experience in iGaming, Gaming, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing;
- Experience improving or setting up delivery processes or workflow automation;
- Understanding of delivery metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity, Burn-down, or Burn-up.
