What you will learn
- Launching Unity Ads from scratch, working with Tier-1/2 countries (Europe)
- Preparing and working with data (Unity Ads, Binom, Tableau)
- Researching the target region, working with SPY services, and preparing design briefs based on the information you gather
- Optimizing campaigns and working with publishers in Unity Ads
- Evaluating campaign performance through cohort analysis

- Friendship with numbers and spreadsheets: proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and the ability to draw logical conclusions from data
- Interest in creatives and a basic understanding of the funnel: the ability to spot working trends in SPY services and understand why they resonate with the audience
- Curiosity and research skills: you will dive into new regions and work to understand the mentality of the local audience
- Proactivity: a drive to find answers on your own, ask the right questions, and get to the root of things
