Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee invoice preparation and processing, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.

Data Management & Audit Support

  • Maintain accounting databases and spreadsheets with precision.

  • Assist in year-end audits, providing necessary documentation and financial reports.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to streamline accounting processes.

  • Support special projects and financial operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of accounting experience, with a preference for candidates with property management experience.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
