The Role: Freelance Front-End Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled Front-End Engineer to collaborate with our team on a 1.5 to 3-month freelance project. In this role, you’ll work closely with designers and backend developers to bring high-performing, visually engaging websites to life using modern tools and technologies.

Tech Stack You'll Use

• Primary: Vue, Nuxt, SCSS, Sanity.io
• Bonus Experience: WordPress, Craft CMS, Laravel, WebGL

What You'll Do

• Develop responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces from design prototypes.
• Implement animations and micro-interactions to elevate user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure design fidelity and seamless functionality.
• Optimize websites for performance and accessibility standards.
• Contribute creative problem-solving ideas to refine the user journey and experience.

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

• Strong front-end development experience with Vue, Nuxt, and SCSS.
• Familiarity with Sanity.io or other headless CMS platforms.
• Expertise in animations and micro-interactions using CSS and JavaScript (e.g., GSAP).
• Proven ability to build visually stunning, design-driven websites.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with WebGL for immersive and interactive visuals.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Craft CMS, or Laravel.

Soft Skills

• A keen eye for detail and design, ensuring projects meet the highest standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
