The Role – Drive Operational Excellence & Client Satisfaction

We are looking for a Director of Operations and Client Success with a strong background in business operations, marketing, and paid advertising. This role is pivotal in scaling our operational framework, optimizing client experience, and ensuring smooth team coordination and strategic execution. You’ll play a high-impact role in the paid advertising industry, working with top media buyers, well-known brands, and influencers.

This is a fully remote position, designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to shape the future of media buying.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Process Optimization

  • Develop and streamline operational systems to scale to 100+ active clients.

  • Oversee business operations, including team coordination, vendor relations, and billing.

  • Work with leadership to define and implement strategic growth initiatives.

  • Establish SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation for efficiency improvements.

  • Monitor and improve client success metrics and operational performance.

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Own the entire client experience, from onboarding to high-touch support.

  • Manage daily client communications via Slack (minimal meetings, mostly written communication).

  • Lead client kickoff meetings, monthly performance reviews, and strategy discussions.

  • Engage with the Media Buyer talent network to ensure seamless client support.

  • Proven experience in operations, client success, or paid advertising.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Experience managing high-end clients in an online business environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience running paid ads or managing media buyers.

  • Knowledge of recruiting and hiring best practices for media buying teams.

  • Strong analytical skills to optimize performance and client engagement.
