Sr. Digital Visual Designer

Finalytics.ai is hiring a Sr. Digital Visual Designer to work fully remotely in the United States. The company builds AI-powered personalization software for credit unions and community financial institutions, and this role sits on the creative side of that work. It suits a designer with agency experience who wants to shape how people experience their finances.

What you will do

• Set the creative bar with design that is visually strong and grounded in strategy, data, and user insight.
• Partner with UX designers, interaction designers, strategists, and developers to define creative direction and deliver digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
• Translate wireframes, functional specifications, and prototypes into high-fidelity design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Push what is aesthetically and technologically possible within clients' industries.
• Mentor junior creative team members and support cross-discipline collaboration.
• Manage multiple projects at once, meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment, and keep quality consistent from concept through delivery.
• Present in client-facing meetings, explaining complex design decisions clearly.

What they are looking for

• 3+ years' experience at a digital agency
• A portfolio showing quality work across digital media, including responsive web, mobile, and app design
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• A deep understanding of interaction design, branding, digital marketing, and the end-to-end creative process
• Proven experience with mobile-first, responsive design across devices and platforms
• Familiarity with front-end technologies — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, data visualization — enough to design with development realities in mind
• An ability to absorb feedback, self-direct, and iterate with purpose
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field preferred; formal design training highly valued
