Role: Product UX Designer (Contract Position) 

We are seeking an experienced Product UX Designer (Contract) to support the Discovery and Planning phase for a major application redesign project.
This role is critical to evaluating the current user experience and laying the foundation for future design improvements.  

Scope of Responsibilities 

• Conduct a discovery and assessment phase to evaluate the existing product experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
  
• Lead user research interviews with the client to gather feedback, observe workflows, and uncover pain points and user needs.
  
  
• Develop high-level UX deliverables such as user flows and a prioritized list of core requirements for the redesigned application.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with the client to review and refine UX insights and outputs.
  
  
• Document research findings into clearly defined product goals and functional requirements.
  
  
• Support project scope definition by informing effort estimations and prioritization in collaboration with Constructive’s technical and project management teams.
  
  

Note: This phase focuses on UX research and planning; no wireframe designs are required.
