We’re looking for a Junior Designer / Marketing Coordinator to support creative execution and digital campaign strategy across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Design social media ads and landing pages for client campaigns
  
  
• Brainstorm and produce creative advertising content
  
  
• Conduct brand and competitor audits
  
  
• Design pitch decks, onboarding docs, and internal materials
  
  
• Support ad uploads and campaign optimization across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
  
  
• Help organize and manage internal projects
  
  

Requirements

• Native or fluent English proficiency
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
  
  
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
  
• A degree in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent professional experience
  
  
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop)
  
  
• Experience with animation/video editing is a plus
  
  
• Must be based in the UK or available during standard UK business hours
