About the Role: AI Trainer 

We’re seeking talented individuals to join our data team as AI Trainers. In this role, you’ll help enhance the accuracy and performance of our AI models while contributing to rich, engaging player experiences. 

Responsibilities: 

• Annotate game content including dialogues, quests, and character interactions
  
  
• Use Verity Lab and other data evaluation tools to complete tasks
  
  
• Analyze and provide insights on world-building, characters, mini-plots, and personality profiles
  
  
• Collaborate remotely with AI research and product teams to improve large language models
  
  

About You
 

• Native or fluent in English
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work
  
  
• Quick learner with new tools and software
  
  
• Able to follow complex guidelines consistently
  
  
• Clear and professional communicator
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Experience or interest in AI data, data annotation, or related fields
  
  
• Background in storytelling, creative writing, copywriting, content creation
  
  
• Studies or experience in English, communications, new media, psychology, philosophy, or other human-focused disciplines
  
  
• Game design or development experience
  
  
• STEM background emphasizing clarity and structured thinking
  
  

Compensation & Hours
 

• Hourly rate: $20–$30, based on role, experience, and location
  
  
• Flexible: 20–40+ hours per week
